Migraine Headaches

A migraine is a neurological condition that is similar to headache but the severity will be high and often associated with vomiting, nausea and extreme sensitivity towards light and sounds. Migraine Headaches usually occur at one side of the head and cause severe throbbing pain or a pulsing sensation. In some people migraine attacks can last for hours to days. Also, that can leave the person in bed for days and the pain will be so worse that  it interferes and disturbs  daily activities.

There is no complete cure for Migraine Headaches yet. But medications and lifestyle related changes can help prevent or make them less painful, and combined with self-help remedies keep less symptoms from getting worse.
